I brought my car in for service and they messed it up. Didn’t install the rear tire correctly, they cross threaded a lug nut , was making crazy noises and left me stranded and unable to drive. I was forced to leave it at a mechanic as all the parts were falling out when they removed the rear wheel. $550 I am owed money for repairs, NO FOLLOW UP, Service manager left and no one has a clue about what I’m talking about. Still waiting for a call from the GM....almost 4 weeks later

I am ANGRY! I feel BETRAYED, LIED TO and CHEATED and Paul Miller HAS LOST MY BUSINESS. I brought my 2016 Forester in on Saturday, June 6th for two recalls and an oil change.
