Service dept was very helpful made it easy to understand
They broke my air conditioner compressor while replacing my water pump and refused to fix it. Vehicle is under warrantee, it went in with air conditioning came out with no air conditioning. They told me it was resulting damage from a failed water pump. Which should be covered. Terrible experience, manager is not friendly or responsive either.
The oil change and routine maintenance was performed as expected and the dealership’s service was satisfactory. In addition, the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox vehicle was complimentary washed post service. The service advisor for the maintenance appointment was J. P.
They don't have the frills that other service departments have but they are efficient and they get the job done and they are helpful.
