To be honest, the oil change went well. At the time of pick up everything went south. I was given the wrong vehicle. It was the same make, model, and color. When I said so to the attendant, he asked if I was sure. I said, “Yes, I’m sure. I know my key FOB has a tag with a Chevy logo and the biggest clue is the Marine Corps tag on the front of mine. This had never happened before. I’m glad they apologized.
The issue was never truly resolved. The car was in the shop and they replaced a component, but it was clearly not the source of the noise. When I pointed it out again and compared it to another EV on the lot, the foreman technician seemed annoyed and told me it was “within range,” adding that some cars make more clicking sounds and some make less. Communication with the service department department was excellent. Brian was more than I expected. The workmanship was excellent
Jason was great. He kept me updated and insisted that I receive a quote first for all work to set expectations. Although a bit unnecessary because I trust this place, it is a great practice.
