I’ve been seeing Dr. Matsumoto for a few years, and while he is knowledgeable, the experience has become increasingly disappointing. Before seeing him, I never had to pay out of pocket for annual exams, but since visiting his office I’ve been billed at every visit. It feels less patient-focused and more corporate-driven, which I find very unfair. I’ve decided not to return to him or his organization.
Friendly and very professional. Listened to all my questions and concerns. Took his time answering and offering advice. He made sure I was happy before he left.
Very personable. Thorough. Attentive, listens to questions thoughtfully. Excellent bedside manner.
Dr Matsumoto is very personal, easy to communicate with, and always very responsive to your concerns and inquiries. That is why he has been my Dr for many years.
