Dr. Madlock has been my doctor for four years and I hold him in high esteem. He will completely explain your condition and exactly what needs to be done. His experience and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. The advanced equipment he uses will expertly pinpoint any problems. I have had two implants, two extractions, and bone grafting, all so carefully done. He goes above and beyond, telling patients to call him even on weekends, if they experience any problems. Canyon Point staff is amazing and very helpful.

Every person in his office is just incredible, caring, fun to be around,as a patient,I could tell that they truly cared.i have some pretty serious stuff going on, but I didn't leave afraid,or upset.i have never had to wait very long, and his office is right next to subway...I mean, come on,who doesn't like subway. Once again, this guy rocks, and his entire staff is the bomb.

Reference: I am a Registered Nurse. I sought treatment with Dr. Madlock on for consultation only to discuss treatment options for lower jaw pain/possible jaw infection. I waited 1.5+ hours to see him, for this and all f/u appointments to see him. He stated Friday 2/21/20 at 4pm the tooth had to come out immediately and I had to decide in that moment if I wanted an implant because it had to be done during this immediate tooth extraction. He provided reasons to have an implant placed. I was not given time to evaluate my option... read more

Dr. Madlock performed a wisdom tooth extraction that eventually resulted in an infection in my jaw. It was a difficult extraction that left very little bone, so it was a higher risk for complications, however my issue is with his lack of follow up when it was clearly not healing and infected. I ended up needing IV antibiotics and the Infectious Disease MD said that Dr. Madlock waited too long to escalate things. Mainly, my frustration is with his lack of follow up when I have been in pain for 2 months and dealing with a bone... read more

Unfortunately, my primary dentist referred me to Dr. Maddlock. I had a root canal that both prior, to, and following the root canal, did not resolve pain in my tooth. I was told by Dr. Maddlock "it's possible there may be a fracture that we just cannot see on the imaging" but I think you should go see a neurologist. Yes, that was literally his recommendation. Turns out, the tooth is in fact fractured. The endodontist who did the root canal confirmed this yesterday. When an oral surgeon is told there is extreme tooth pain and... read more

I had a fractured jaw that needed immediate surgery. I visited 2 surgeons (including Dr. Madlock). They both said it was "really bad" and needed immediate surgery. Of the 2, Dr. Madlock seemed very confident, capable and was the only one that could complete the surgery endoscopically, eliminating facial scarring. He was able to schedule my surgery for the following day. I am now ~60 days post surgery and on my way to recovery. During the entire process Dr. Madlock has been incredibly responsive. Quick questions are answered ... read more

I was sent to Canyon Point after just having a root canal. I still needed to have a hot tooth and nerve pulled due to the great pain I was in. I was grumpy and in pain. I was also frustrated to not knowing how much money all the procedures would cost me. The staff was very patient with me and they were solution focused. Sarah was awesome hearing me and she actually made sure all my concerns had been taken care of. To include she made sure that I received a treatment that they could of charged me a ton of money for. Dr. Madlo... read more

I can honestly say that I had never and have never been treated so poorly by another human being (especially in the medical field). The entire experience was horrible. I have seen some good reviews for Dr. Madlock and am convinced that if he thinks you are worth his time then you will get good care, but if you don't meet his standards (whatever they may be) or don't have the money for an expensive operation then you will be treated as though you are a complete waste of his time. I was beyond disappointed with the care I got ... read more

Unfortunately I was never actually able to see Dr. Madlock. I was referred to him by my orthodontist and was told that Dr. Madlock is no longer accepting medical insurance. Was really hoping to have my MMA surgery done here for sleep apnea but doesn't look like it's going to be an option
