I have read the reviews here and honestly had to laugh at some.I have been a patient since 2016. I have always found Dr Schwartz to be Professional, understanding , knowledgeable and friendly. Like anyone you have to be able to understand him (not very difficult). I have had issues with being seen right away but always for good cause on his part when I looked at the Big picture (not always easy when it involves yourself or a loved one, I understand). Dr. Schwartz refuses to give me the 5 refills on my alprazolam. His policy is 3. Law states 5. His words to me were "I lose the 25.00 Copay every three months". And don't forget about the office visit charge to my insurance company!!!!. When I was there in January, I explained this to Brian. Brian's words to me were: "We'll figure it out". I don't have any left and was told THE DOCTOR DOESN'T KNOW WHETHER I WILL HAVE WITHDRAWL SYMPTOMS. This alleged doctor is horrible, awful, deplorable and barely even a human. I waited 2 months for a new patient appointment to be yelled at by the doctor saying if I don’t want to get a mammogram or colonoscopy then I can do it someplace else. His words. His reason” Cigna will come here and talk to me about you not doing your scans”. As if I even care what Cigna the absolute worst insurance has to say about anything. This is not a doctor. He does not care about you or your well being. This is a cog in the insurance machine.
After getting an appointment as a sick patient, I was waiting for my turn to be seen when another patient came, with a very snob atitude , asked if the doctor was on time with his schedule, complained for the waiting time and he ends been seen before me. Not for too long, but still before me. Others patient that were there look at me and to the nurse in disbelieve. Why shouldn’t the front desk explained to this arrogant patient that somebody else was in front of him and he would be seen in order of arrival? It was very annoy... read more
