The Dr. was alright. But the woman who helped me was quite horrible. I had given them extensive insurance information and they charged me full price. I had to call days later to be reimbursed a small amount. The staff told me that I could not come in to have the glasses adjusted. She made it very clear that I could not ask for any other assistance. It was a very hostile appointment. I was unable to understand their attitude. And would not encourage anyone to seek Dr. the services of Domanchuk.
