TOTALLY BAD ATTITUDE. YOU ARE RUDE AND CRUDE. YOU SAID THAT HADN'T WASHED HAIR IN MONTHS. I DO WASH AND SHOWER SATURDAY EVENING. OVER THE TIME THAT I HAD BEEN GOING YOU HAVE BECOME VERY SNIPTY. AND THE FACE YOU MADE WHEN I SHOWED ME YOUR CLIPPERS WAS ANOTHER LOOK OF DISCUSSED AGAINT YOUR PREFERENCE. IT IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER WISHES, AND IF YOU HAVE THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE, CLOSE UP SHOP AND MOVE ON. TOO BAD I HAD TO GIVE YOU ONE STAR BECAUSE FROM ME YOU DESERVE NONE.
My father-in-law is in his 80's and went to Paul Lake Barbers for the first time and had a terrible experience. The owner kept telling him to stop moving his head, and he didn't feel he was. She finally told him half way through the cut he might as well leave and undid his cape. He didn't want to leave mid cut. She kept crossing her arms like she was scolding him. Paula does a great cut for a great price. Barber style not Salon. Worth a drive up from town.
