Best place TO BE DISFIGURED - One star as no star doesn't exist as an option My son came back from a facial on the eve of an audition, disfigured by a novice, A chemical burn was confirmed by the dermatologist. The treating aesthetician, after half heartedly apologizing and refunding the money for the treatment, actually lied that she never did in fact apply the product (chemical peel) that ruined my son face. Let this be a warning: fancy name and even fancier prices are NO guarantee of quality!
My aesthetician(Michlene)at this salon chemically burned my face and ear. See photos attached. They kept on denying it and said its not possible, the photos attached will speak for themselves.

Very poor service. Did not receive items I was billed for. Changed $70 and didn’t get the product .
Lumi was great. She took her time and listened to what I wanted. We looked at pictures together. I’m really happy with my hair; I want to see how it grows out, but I would go back again. It was a Groupon, but be aware they closed the Salon in Chelsea and are now only in the UES location.
As someone with really curly hair, it's hard to find a salon that can cut and style my hair just the way I want. At Paul Labrecque Salon they get it perfect every time! Beyond that, everyone is welcoming and has great energy. I always look forward to my visits there. When I leave I don't just look great, I FEEL great!
Great salon, great people and great service. Have been every time I’ve been in NYC and definitely booking in again this time around. Would recommend to anyone looking for a premium and personal experience
