Paul and his colleagues offer a superb experience. They are gifted colorists and stylists and use high quality products for the hair and skin. My friend introduced me to Paul and Brian three years ago, and I will not go anywhere else for my hair and brows. The salon is also a friendly place with kind people. This is the worst salon for eyebrows ever. Never come here. They make your eyebrows thin and take off entire pieces. It’s horrible.
Worst customer service. Same products purchased from another retailer work well with no skin issues. You don't matter even if you spent 1000s of $. They will silence you.
I attempted to give the salon another chance. Instead Brian the owner refused to give me an appointment. Beware rudeness prevails. I am now going to Allure spa nearby which has been excellent. Shame on you Brian! Such pettiness
Honest review here. I ordered the P50 1970 1.7 oz (with Phenol) to try it out after reading reviews, and it was received the NEXT day, free shipping and with a few samples I was actually interested in trying. Paul Labrecque was recommended by NYC local for my Biologique products and I couldn’t be more happier! I look forward to ordering more. Thank you!
