I use this place every time I need and dental work done. So I had an appt set today and had to stay home sick with the flu. Just called up to let them know I shouldn't come in since I have wherever bug and they want to charge me $25 for a last minute cancellation. I find that extremely unprofessional.
I highly recommend this Practice. I had a huge fear of the dentist for many years but I really felt at ease and comfortable with the staff. Particularly Kathy and Dr. Didea did an amazing job with making my experience as painless and comfortable as possible. I will definitely be coming back :)

Epic Amazing! Service and Staff! I broke my Front Tooth off at the gum line Monday night (new years holiday). Dr. Nesbit himself picked up his cell phone at 6:00PM, had me come in the next morning at 6:45AM before work to repair. Ended up doing a Root Canal and put on a temp. tooth for me. Planning on doing all new Veneers for all my Top Teeth now. Would not consider anyone else for this but Jones Family Dentistry. Dr. Nesbit never settles for anything other then PERFECT.
Just wanna say thank you so much for helping me fix my broken tooth and letting me smile again normal. Thank you everyone and Dr.D you guys rock! I will always refer you guys and bring my family now because of what you did for me today! Again thank you so much and see you at my next appt :D
Highly recommend! By far the best dental practice I've been to. Trustworthy and knowledgable dentists with excellent communication who are personable, friendly and thorough staff and efficient office team. They are always timely and I've never felt pressured or persuaded to get dental work I may not need (which I've certainly felt at other practices). Out of the dentists I've seen over the years Dr. Didea and Dr. Nesbit are the very best! They are up on all the latest methods, if you need a crown, they make them during your appointment, you don't leave with a temporary crown! Great staff!
