I had an unpleasant experience with this realty firm that I believe reflects poorly on their service and inclusivity. Last year, I had a flat tire near their office on Lincoln and Five, so I decided to go inside and speak with a realtor, as we were interested in viewing some properties in the area. Even though we ended up buying a property a few months later, this interaction stayed with me.
