Stay away from this practice. I barely interacted with him once. After that, all interactions are with his nurse who is not very competent. I don't feel like Dr Kim was ever interested in helping me. I'm in the process of trying to find a new doctor.
I would have given 0 instead of 1 if 0 were available. The receptionist and the nurse practioner in Dr. Kim's Walnut Creek, CA office are incompetent, rude and absolutely unprofessional. I saw Dr. Kim on 11/11/20 and gave the Nurse Practioner the phone number of my previous primary Doctor so that she could check if my annual physical exam was due. I’ve been a patient of Dr Kim for almost 10 yrs. Dr Kim and his staff are professional and very thorough. Dr Kim’s knowledge of the newest and advanced forms of treatment are amazing. I highly recommend Dr Kim.
