Paul built my house in 1997. Put the the roof on wrong per photos by the man who replaced it. Didn't follow house plans and made the garage too small, 2 cars barely fit. Left a hole in the foundation that eventually led to rats making a home in the crawl space. Installed a window wrong which led to rain water getting in. It was discovered when carpenter ants invaded, they are drawn to wet wood. Multiple plumping issues in the kitchen.
