An absolute nightmare of an experience. I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment with Dr. Rusilko. I arrived at 10:30, completed the required paperwork, and was ready by my scheduled appointment time. I then sat in the main waiting room until 12:15 p.m. That is a full 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before anyone called me back. A truly terrible experience (to be fair Dr. Rusilko is probably a fine doctor, but the schedulers ruined my chance of seeing him). I was referred to see Dr. Rusilko from a UPMC pain management specialist. When I called scheduling, the operator insisted that I go to see a different doctor, Dr. Benoit. Why they would choose to go against the advice of a medical professional is beyond me. There was absolutely no communication between offices, leaving me to essentially figure everything out myself.
