They just left. I'm disappointed because of $70 trip charge and $22.50 for 1/4 hour work which was really 10 seconds? Cmon man that is taking advantage of your community particularly a retired senior.
In reference to they destroyed my house. For a rebuttal statement regarding this posting.The customer's kitchen faucet was a Kohler pull out spray spout in black. My technician turned off the shutoffs under the kitchen sink and proceeded to try and repair the kitchen faucet. This could not be done due to so much corrosion and just plain worn out.The faucet literally had to be cut off to remove. They destroyed my house! I called them up to fix my bathroom sink and fix my kitchen faucet. The bathroom sink was unclogged right away. I told the Plumber that my Kohler faucet was stuck and could no longer move side to side. He ended up breaking the faucet off and told me that never happened before. He then said he would go to the hardware store to get a replacement. There was no black colored faucets so I told him to order one. He replied that we would have this within a week. New Water Heater Price & Service – After shopping around for a water heater, I found this company to have reasonable pricing and good service. The plumber who installed the water heater in my home explained everything about how it operated to me, and it was installed in no time at all in addition to removing and taking away the old one. In time, we plan on adding a second bathroom and we'll use them again I'm sure for the plumbing.
