We have taken our son three times. All appointments were over three hundred dollars (after insurance, which covers 80%). There is always at least a month wait. If you are 10 minutes late they will cancel two hour appointments. The breaking point was when my 5 year old flinched and said ow during a cavity filling, and the doctor told him to be quiet or she'd have to start over.
