Dr Paul did an emergency surgery for me after he had an extremely tiresome, long day. My plantar fascittis turned into a sudden torn ligament somehow. After surgery, I never had a problem since. He cured me. I could not walk before the surgery. He had to go in and surgically clean it up, and smooth the bone out as well. 20 years later I am able to stay on my feet for 8 hours every day prescribing medicine. Thanks Dr Paulie! You are awesome!

Dr. Ciavarelli is the second Podiatrist I have used in the local area. My first experience with another doctor for an ingrown toenail was a negative one. I went to Dr. Ciavarelli for another ingrown toenail and the experience was wonderful. He is a caring physician who listens to the patient, an excellent surgeon and takes care to avoid post-operative infections. My experience with him involved no pain and excellent care. I recommend him highly.
Unfortunately, communication was challenging. I brought my 85 year old diabetic parent to be checked because she had been complaining of pain for a week after having her toenails clipped 2weeks ago. Yes,she was anxious,but the toe was swollen and slightly red. They have a strict no same day appointment policy. They begrudgingly saw her,kept pointing out it was no emergency. Just a sore toe. We NEVER implied emergency, we were afraid it might be getting infected. Extremely unprofessional.
