Paul Horschel & Son Inc. does not stand by their warranty. We paid him close to $4,000.00, per contract, and two months after the job was completed (or so we thought) cascading water, from the roof, over our balcony, caused water to invade our master bedroom. Only because of my husband's quick thinking (using a hard plastic "kiddie pool" to divert the water) were we able to mitigate water damage to our new carpeting! We hired Paul Horschel & Son Inc. Roofing to install a metal roof on our newly purchased business location.What a mistake.The signed contract stated a start date and finish date that we demanded.He was to start on Sept.26,2019,and finish on Oct.8,2019.The tear off of the old roof was started on Oct.3,and took 4 days.The metal roof installation began later than expected,and dragged on for weeks.We chose the best of materials,to include 24 gauge metal and the best flat roof material.Workers would show up for work at 11:30 am a... read more
