Bob did not rush through my questions despite the late hour on a Friday and took care of business. Thank you Bob! Great doing business with you. Monday I called the office again to update my auto policy and spoke to Jim Harkins. Jim was just as helpful and professional. I highly recommend Bob and Jim for your insurance needs.
