Great services, promptly responses & help, expert professional skills and excellent staffs.
We have been with State Farm for a long time (20-25 years). I moved out of Philadelphia in 2011 and still use Paul Hoffman's South Philadelphia office for my auto and homeowners insurance. Their service is excellent. If I have a question I email my agent and get a response right away. I highly recommend this office.
Pat was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some helpful insight about how I can approve my current policy. I appreciated his flexibility with my schedule and his quick response time. I also loved how easy it was to submit my documents to get my request processed quickly. I would highly recommend Pat’s services.
I had broken an item at a client’s home that my client thought was very costly, and my identity is tied up in being an extremely careful person who never breaks anything! So I was extremely upset when I called my State Farm agent. I expected to be even more mortified than I already was. My agent, Bobby, was so kind that I was completely taken aback. Who expected that!? And it turns out the broken item was not financially valuable after all. But now I know I have an excellent agent who will help me.
Garret and Jim were able to get me the best quote out of all the options . Got it done super smooth also followed up with me to make sure everything went well . 10/10 would recommend
