Appointments easy to schedule, wait time at office was never more than a few minutes. Staff excellent, friendly easy to work with. Dr. DeHaan explained my condition (knees) and options in easy to understand terms and was always willing to field my questions, Took time to discuss pros/cons of each option. Eventually went thru double replacement as he suggested to prevent other health issues from occurring. Very glad I did, he was right. Very happy with Dr DeHaan and recommend him highly
