He was very caring and very knowledgeable in assisting me.
**Excellent 5-star rating. Great service. Great advice. For example, Dr. Baumgarten recommended an inexpensive alternative (vinegar) rather than to peddle expensive fungus medications. **The receptionist was also extremely pleasent and helpful. **With my MVP coverage, there was only a $45 copay.
Dr Baumgarten was very compassionate and understanding of my needs. He explained my diagnosis and options for treatment very carefully. He never tried to push me into a procedure that I did not want. I am very afraid of needles!
I was calling to make an appt. and the staff was not very nice at all, kept me on hold for long time, than hung up on me. Called back and got answering machine and said did not have to be mean and then called again and still not nice at all and I decided to cancel apt, and asked for records, and she put Dr Baumgarten on and he was also mean and made the point at the end since I do not want to see him my new doctor can get my records and hung up on me. I have the rights to get records Stay clear
He was very friendly, compassionate and competent.
