We were very pleased with this Doctor. My husband is the patient. Dr. Was personable, thorough in explanation, took as much time as we needed. And made us feel very ccomfortable. We met twice and each time was very good. Yes, we would recommend! Only one thing, the room we were placed in, you could see dust and dirt all over the floor between the exam table and wall. It really must not have been dusted and swept for an extremely long time. They should monitor the cleaning personnel.

Dr. Grindstaff came in acting as he had no interest in my husband's case. We were referred to him by another specialist because he feels there is something wrong with his central nervous system. Dr. Grindstaff just said he didn't feel it was a "brain problem" and told us to go back to the other doctor. I am a medical provider and have seen some non-compassionate providers in the past, but he was by far my least favorite. Sad that I am not comfortable referring my patients to him.

No exam nor history prior to EMG, including contraindications that would affect results. Report was as minimal as possible. Did not test all nerves/muscles indicated. Did not clean/prep the area. Room had a wrapper on the floor. Horrible bedside manner. Rude/standoffish. Rushed. Felt I was inconveniencing him. Did not follow protocol for testing or reporting I found out after researching. Will be having a repeat EMG due to the above.

Well I am very confused at Dr. Grindstaff's reviews. One of them said, she had no diagnosis after a hospital stay, and all their tests. Did Dr. Grindstaff order these tests? Why didn't you take over your own medical decisions? Like calling up the hospital that these tests were performed. Also if that is something that scares you, then talk to a person on the help line. You can blame the nurses for being rude. Also the Doctor doesn't know that they are being rude, you need to tell them in person.

I was discharged from the hospital for 3 1/2 weeks and no answers to the tests that were taken. The office staff is rude. They told me my EMG results were normal when in fact I failed. Alot miscommunication by the office staff. They don't call you back. You have to call them alot. They forgot to do part of my test and wanted me to come back 6 days later. You never get to speak with a doctor after tests unless you make an appointment .Go elsewhere if u can

I had read the lack of communication from the staff was a big problem but decided to ignore it. After running all of the expensive test and not finding anything, they tell me my diagnosis from a blood draw. Something they had access to weeks before any of the expensive tests. When I asked the Assistant why they hadn't let me know before since they had my blood results weeks ago, she stated " he wanted to rule out everything". Beware of their scam, they will try to get as much from you as possibl

Please disregard the 5-stars illustrated above, my presumption is more people will pay attention to an excellent rating than to the contrary. By far worst person/Md I have encountered. Lack of empathy, attentiveness, and communication are just a few of the laundry list of admirable qualities you will encounter during diagnosis; however, you can count on only speaking with staff post-diagnosis. Randomly encountered another lucky person who shared these feelings exactly and it's 2 random 2 not shr
