Dr. Gindstaff was awful. He came in telling me that what I was experiencing was from my diabetes. He would not listen to me concerning my pain. He dismissed my results from other doctors. I wish I could have told my insurance to not pay him.

Dr. Grindstaff and his staff do not care at all whatsoever. I saw him for months, with zero help with pain. He prescribed me medication that I'm allergic to and medication that caused extreme side effects (multiple ER visits). He did not help me at all whatsoever and his staff were rude, standoffish and even yelled at me when I asked them for help. Seriously, if you need medical help, please find a different doctor.

My visit with Dr Grindstaff was good he was very compassionate and knowledgeable and helped me understand everything. He ordered an MRI for me to follow up. Unfortunately, after my MRI the results were not great but they were released to me several days before anyone contacted me, then a CTA scan ordered with the same thing results released nobody called for several days and I had to play phone tag before I could speak to someone about the troublesome results. Excellent Doctor!! He is very knowledgeable and Northwestern is lucky to have him on the Neurology staff. He always is pleasant and up to date on the latest medicines and treatments for Migraine. I do not understand how anyone could give him a negative review. I can only surmise they must have an ulterior motive.

Dr. Grindstaff didn't seem to have much time to listen to me, he had me stop explaining my issues and said we will talk about them after getting imagine done. Once imaging was done, his office called to tell me he put me on an old prescription that I discussed with him didn't work for me and made me feel worse. From there, they told me to follow up with a primary care doctor. Dr. Grindstaff didn't seem to care about my issues and left me feeling like he got my money and that's all he wanted.

Doctor Grindstaff is an excellent neurologist! I have seen him (and another doctor in his practice) for over 10 years. He is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and an expert in his field. He has never once missed an appointment or made me wait. I have had nothing but great experiences. I would spend alot more time in the hospital if it wasn't for him helping me stay out of the ER and managing my condition. He is an excellent Doctor and I recommend him highly! I would be very suspicious of any bad reviews.

In my first visit, Dr. Grindstaff spent a total of 10 minutes with me. All he did was upset me after me giving him a wrap up of a month old injury. Dr. Grindstaff barely spent any time with me at all. When I asked questions, they seemed like an inconvience to him. I left the appointments with more questions than answers. Very disappointing.

Arrogant. Dismissive. Laughed at my pain. Still waiting for Office Manager to call me after situation. Waited 5 weeks to get in and this happened. Horrible.

I met with Dr. Grindataff a couple of times many years in between. He was very kind and caring. I felt very comfortable. He did not rush and listened to what I had to say. The 2nd time, I had a different issue, and my first choice was Dr Grindstaff. So I made an appointment. I then saw Dr. Grindstaff. He was as easy going, caring and patient. He heard my concerns and addressed them fully. I feel heard which I did not feel with many doctors. I would recommend Dr Grindstaff
