He is rough. He doesn't listen. Makes inferences. His staff made me super uncomfortable. We had to take our masks off for a photo. He had trainees that were watching that were never introduced to me. He attempted to sell surgery even though I don't need it. I'm just not a fan.
Horrible. Removed a cyst between my cleavage area, turns out the scar is worse then the cyst looked before he did surgery. Went back to see him and all he could say was sorry, and to get some kind of over the counter cream forte HUGE BRIGHT RED scar. Now I need to finds plastic surgeon to fix his mess! Also he spent 60 seconds with me to tell me results of cyst removed.
Unsatisfactory. I first saw Dr. Toomey as a hospital inpatient and again at his office. Did not feel he cared about my health or wanted to spend time explaining complex health issues.
I had an awful experience. I do not believe he cares for his patients. It took a long time to get an appointment. I went in for just 1 surgery with my scans to prove I needed JUST that surgery. He said I needed unnessary tests when I went to him just for the 1 surgery. He talked for about 2 seconds and pushed me out the door. I am not experiencing serious complications and now have to beg another compitent surgeon to fix the miss this guy has created for me! Don't go to this guy! Failed surgery .constant extreme pain when walking with every step ,like a knife in pelvis area for months .and a bulge that never went down .very unsatisfied .would not recommend this dr

Consultation for surgery. Went very well, Dr. Toomey explained the entire process to me. What to expect after the surgery with the recovery time. Very friendly and informative.
Very pleased with his bedside manner & professionalism as well as his medical expertise. I will recommend him to others and would request him again should the need arise.
Very kind and thoroughly explained everything to my family and I so that we understood what is going to be happening.
