I walked into Dr. Grussenmeyer's office PAIN-FREE about a month ago (Mid March 2016) to find a nice lobby and reasonably polite staff. My main concern was working out my costs because I abhor unexpected financial surprises so they were kind enough to contact my insurance co. (Aetna- IN NETWORK) and even give me a copy of what they would cover. I have been a patient of Dr. Grussenmeyer for twenty years. About a year ago my health insurance changed and I had to go to an in network dental practice. I waited over an hour in a filthy waiting room with at least twenty people as they over book because many people just do not show up for their appointments. Then the Dentist was working on three patients at once and kept hopping in and out of the room. He had the tech pulling off my crown and he was pulling a tooth on the wrong side of my mouth. Excellent if you looking for a dentist this is where you need to go,the best
I have had multiple fillings and crowns done by Dr G over the years. Never have I had an issue with sensitivity or pain after he was done. His office is filled with the latest digital xray and laser technologies, and it is immaculate in appearance. Dr G always goes out of his way to spend the time needed to educate me and give me options when I need to have work done.
The dentist is excellent, well educated and informative. The women who work in the office are courteous and helpful. The office is exceptionally clean. You will find the doctors own artwork around the office. The best dentist, best injector is an artist as anyone knows. If you are on medication that makes you bleed (coumadin, aspirin) you will bleed, If you forget that you took it and tell him that you didn't - you will still bruise.
