I never saw Dr. Fortin because I made my appointment four weeks ago via the AI Girl. I couldn’t figure out how to get her to realize I needed to see someone who worked on hips. She said I needed a leg doctor. The fellow that took me to the room today very quickly figured out Dr. Fortin was not the right doctor. He then called upstairs and I quickly got in to see Dr. Alosh. I’m always very impressed with your staff and doctors. I’m not impressed with your AI appointment girl.
