'I went to Dr. Paul after a friend recommended him. Wonderful experience, not the usual visit he listened, and helped solve my foot pain. I did not feel rushed. Now I's the one telling all my friend about Dr. Paul.
I went after hurting my foot in an accident. He took X-rays but never showed me. Told me I had 2-3 fractures in my big toe and required surgery. Then he said since I’d be off work for 5+ weeks anyway we should do my bunion at the same time since it’ll be the same healing time. Second option dr: said no surgery, hardly any visible fracture. Reckless to do a surgery at all. Thank goodness I got a second opinion!!!
I'm a 71 year old male and probably have attended well over a hundred healthcare related appointments over the years. I have never complained about billing charges by a provider until my new-patient visit with Eric Paul. I was billed a total of $480 for the visit. He could have rounded it off to an even $500! I have talked to other people receiving the same treatments that I am from other doctors and I have to say after talking with them I definitely picked the right doctor. His method of administering injections seems to be less traumatic on my feet and he hasn't pushed all the bells and whistles on me before finding out if the treatments are going to work. There is nothing that can make injections in the feet pleasant but his Pleasant cheerful personality helps put me at ease .
He is very caring an knows your overall health. Friendly receptionist. I have been very pleased with the care he has given me for all my foot issues
I had to ask him for custom inserts, a night brace, and the wave therapy. After four injections my feet are not feeling any better. He wanted to do surgery for my pf, and did not seem to listen or want to try anything else. The woman at the desk is amazing though.
Made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about my condition
