This was an emergency situation, and Dr. Sullivan and Miss Strickland took measures to treat me from the day of the injury to my appointment. They were well prepared, knowledgeable, and very patient and provided a comprehensive treatment plan, as well as a follow up. They are both a credit to the organization.
Dr. Sullivan is an amazing provider. He takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have. He explains in depth the injury and the proposed treatment course, including all diagnostic tests that were ordered. He listens with a caring and empathetic ear. I never felt rushed when he was treating me or when he treated my daughter in the past. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with a foot or ankle orthopedic injury. He is the best and you’ll be in excellent hands with him as your provider!
Dr. Sullivan allowed ample opportunity for us to ask or comment. He listened carefully, integrated his assessment of xrays and movement observance, tested his assessment for prosthetic and adjusted for remediation, comfort, and practicality. He was quite patient and expert. We felt compassionately attended.
This was my second visit with Dr. Sullivan. When I first met him, he was kind, caring and thorough. He took the time to review my X-rays and explain my condition. He told me why he was ordering further studies and what he was looking for. He assured me gnat he was being proactive and addressing my concerns quickly. Dr. Sullivan saw my daughter for several months for what he diagnosed as a sprained ankle. A month in to her care he ordered an MRI. We had that done right away and continued to see Dr. Sullivan for several months. Three months after the MRI and several subsequent visits to dr Sullivan for continued pain and discomfort, he finally read the report summary of the MRI.
