Wow, where do I start. I guess with the pressuring of trying to get us to sign a lease right away, because 7 people are applying. Then, they wanted $150 for the 2 applications. After being "chosen", Paul wanted us to sign a lease agreement to sign a lease (which wasn't shown to us) within 24 hours or we would forfeit our $2,000 deposit for "liquidated damages."
