I had a fire claim through wawanesa. Paul Davis did not answer my calls after not following through on promised timelines for completed work. I never pressured the timelines or rushed them however they would ignore my calls for 3-5 days and not show up when they had scheduled work. My dad had to repair the toilet because I knew it would take another 2 weeks for them to come back and fix the work they did. I cannot stress enough that you should avoid Paul Davis restoration at all costs. They were assigned to us for an insurance claim and not only did it take months and months of constant follow up from us to get the work completed, some of it was sub-par and dangerous. Electrical plugs were left hanging out from the wall, regularly tripping the breaker. Weeks would go by without any work being done, I had to cover our exterior walls myself.
