I had found my wood floor had gotten darker, removed a few slats and found black mold and water standing in the Bedroom, noticed the baseboard in the bathroom Was warping removed it and found mold. I called my friend who’s a retired adjuster for Nationwide. He recommended Paul Davis Restoration as it’s a nationwide franchise to come do an assessment.
