RecommendedI called Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita at 10pm because we appeared to have pipe compromised. It was leaking within a wall and into the hallway. The owner was at my home within 20 minutes and he found a way to repair it with zero damage to the interior of my home. The entire repair and remediation was done within 24 hours and the fee was a fraction of what my deductible would have been. Thank you PD team!

RecommendedPaul David Restoration is competent, careful, efficient, caring and does excellent work. They took care of every detail and followed through on every item. It was difficult to match my hardwood floor, but the company persisted until they found they quality and color needed. They worked through the pandemic is masks, gloves and booties and solved every problem. On a scale from 1 to l0, I would give them a 15+. Thank you very much!

they came to my house and did great at checking everything. Acted like they was going to call my homeowners insurance to discuss pricing. I waited a week never heard anything so I called the insurance they said they haven't had a call from them. I called the company and left several messages and never received a call back. They couldn't even call to tell me they couldn't do it. very unprofessional

RecommendedWe were very happy that Paul Davis sent two roofers out to patch the roof after a large branch went through our roof and into a bedroom. Because they responded the same day they spared us more damage when alot of rain came the next evening. They also are right on the minute literally when they make appointments. That means alot after dealing with damage and possible more problems due to weather. We can only say thanks! And they are tops in our book!
RecommendedOur basement flooded this week and we were looking for someone to assist us with water removal. I found Paul Davis of West Richmond by googling water restoration. I called and within 20 minutes 4 trucks pulled up and there were people everywhere removing the water, rugs, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Today they came back to remove their equipment and fumigate. Thank you Tara and the entire staff for your prompt, friendly and professional help. We could not have asked for a better contractor.
The driver in the vehicle with plate number RE3858 DELIBERATELY IGNORED safe driving practices in a COMPANY VEHICLE and was two inches from hitting me and my INFANT SON while travelling southbound on Sherman Ave near Washington High School!! 😡 I'm not sure if the driver was late for a job or WHATEVER the circumstances were -- but if I wouldn't have swerved into the left lane, and the vehicle in the left lane wouldn't have swerved also, that would have been a three car accident.
