they came to my house and did great at checking everything. Acted like they was going to call my homeowners insurance to discuss pricing. I waited a week never heard anything so I called the insurance they said they haven't had a call from them. I called the company and left several messages and never received a call back. They couldn't even call to tell me they couldn't do it. very unprofessional

I’m blown away by the service provided by Bob and Bradley. ( and the other young gentleman that helped). The professionalism shown, the care in their work and the commitment to keep our family safe from the water damage that occurred was second to none. They also made calls and stopped by every day to check on the drying process. The demo of our shower was completed thoroughly and looked like a new construction site, rather than a demolition. Jamie worked hard to save us money when he learned our flood cleanup was uninsured and would be 100% out of pocket. They did a fantastic job and were great to work with. I'm so glad we chose Paul Davis.
Came out after several weeks, did a walk, made all notes then after two more weeks sent a letter by email saying they were sorry but they didn't have time to give an estimate. Very sorry way to do business
