Once they get the money from the insurance company they pretty much forget about you and the “5 year warranty” I would never recommend this company to anyone! Because it’s a “warranty” issue they don’t care, make sure you DO plenty of research before hiring them! If it’s a kitchen remodel or flooring, run as far as possible. Shame on Paul Davis for treating customers the way they do. Time to file a complaint.
Overall the Paul Davis personnel are great people who do an outstanding job. I am very pleased with the supervisors, Shelby, Ryan, Dana and Craig. Thank you for making my situation stress-free.
