The representative came out when my daughter was here. I asked for a phone call to let me know what was found and instead he explained it to my daughter who had no clue when I got home what they were talking about. She said he would be in touch but never was. So I called him and he said that he was off for the rest of the year and would have someone else call me. That was December 23rd.
