We contacted Jim Soukup for some help on a new house we're in the process of buying. Bree and Jim and done work for us on a previous house and were great! Jim spent a great deal of time and gave us great advice. He is the nicest guy, and truly willing to help. I cannot recommend Jim and Paul Davis Cedar Rapids more highly. They truly get helping customers!!
Jim and his team did a great job
We had some mold in a closet below our tub/shower due to a leak. Paul Davis restoration came out within a couple days of contacting them to look and it. They then provided a clear quote for the removal and did an excellent job explaining the process. Within approximately one week, they had completed the job. It was a very smooth process.
Great communication and excellent work dealing with significant water damage and mold. Everything was as promised.
