The staff at Paul Davis was great to work with. My experience was awesome. My project manager, Maria Melikian was exceptional. She did a great job of coordinating and overseeing the project. She took great care to ensure that the job was done right and was restored properly. She went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the work and gave me great advice on what I could upgrade. The Paul Davis team came into my home to set up fans and dehumidifiers. They were prompt and took care with furnishings when moving them and curtained off the effected areas. They were very efficient. I highly recommend them.

I called Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita at 10pm because we appeared to have pipe compromised. It was leaking within a wall and into the hallway. The owner was at my home within 20 minutes and he found a way to repair it with zero damage to the interior of my home. The entire repair and remediation was done within 24 hours and the fee was a fraction of what my deductible would have been. Thank you PD team!

Paul David Restoration is competent, careful, efficient, caring and does excellent work. They took care of every detail and followed through on every item. It was difficult to match my hardwood floor, but the company persisted until they found they quality and color needed. They worked through the pandemic is masks, gloves and booties and solved every problem. On a scale from 1 to l0, I would give them a 15+. Thank you very much!

Everything..he is a 20 star rating...I had a leak with caused substantial damage and his response, knowledge and bed side manner are beyond incredible. He was here, the last 2 weeks during the Corona epidemic and his ability to keep me calm and stress free made an upsetting event more than bearable! He and his employee Hector are ethical and stand human beings and my hero's as first line responders
