RecommendedOur air conditioner drain line stopped up and all the water went into a bedroom closet. I called a friend and they recommended PDR. I am so glad I called them. They came out the same day and set up a dehumidifier in the closet and in two days the carpet was dry. I hope I never walk into the closet and feel water squish under my feet but, if I do it's PDR for sure!
PDR did a great job with helping us out with a leak in our kitchen and laundry room. They set us up with a dehumidifier. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend PDR.
THE WORST!!!!! They took 650 days to do some restoration to a building under 2,000 sq. ft hit by a car that was purchased for $200,000 a year earlier, land included. Charging $118,00 for terrible workmanship. After our charity was patient with them since June 6, 2018 to last month (March 2020) to get it done they now want start charging us a 1 1/2% late fee while we review pages and pages of billing. Never use these people. They need to be exposed for as bad as they are! Never, never!
If you want it done right and with the greatest of care, come here! Ask for Jessica!! She will work diligently to ensure that needs met and to your satisfaction! She will be sure to place the best trades on the job to get it done efficiently and in a timely fashion. Jessica is a fantastic asset to this company who will not stand behind substandard work!! Extremely disappointed with this company. They were referred by our insurance company and came out to give an estimate. Now they are billing us $1200 for the estimate. Have several estimates from other vendors never received a bill from any other one but this one!. The tried to strong arm us into using their company instead of any other as well. Do NOT recommend this company
We had a tree fall on our house doing some damage to our roof, garage, gutters, pavers among other things. Our insurance carrier Chubb was terrific and so was Paul Davis in getting our home back to normal!
Be more honest and employ professional people. Every job done for us (carpet, vinyl, painting, etc)., has had to be redone. Worse company / workers I have ever had the misfortune to use.
Our journey started with a broken hose to our dishwasher. Our plumber called a restoration company he knew well and they came and started taking pieces of our kitchen and living room away. Seems the leak had been going for a while and mold had formed in our walls and kitchen cabinets. They did a fine job of tearing our home apart but they did not do re-build.
