THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was forced to use this company through my insurance company after water destroyed my house. They change their story, are awful communicators and basically don’t communicate unless you force them to, take forever, are shady and now have left my house, including kids toys COVERED in dust since they chose to use no containment until I said something. Paul Davis was recommended by my Nationwide Agent. They called me the same day my claim was filed and began the process the very next day. Tom accessed the damage and explained everything that was going to happen and how long it would take. He understood the calamity I had been through speaking to me with respect and compassion.
