We have been VERY happy with the work that PaulDavis has done for us following major storm damage to our home. From the first remediation work through a major and complete rebuild, they have been awesome. Tom says what he's going to do and he does what he says. He has been incredibly responsive and trustworthy. He was a partner with me through design ideas and solutions. The PaulDavis team of workers were always hardworking and respectful. We are very happy we went with PaulDavis for major home repair and rebuild.

We had water damage from an ice dam on the roof. They were very quick to respond and start the mitigation work once the dam melted. Satisfied with the work, I wanted to have them do the rebuild as well, but the communication fell apart at this point. It took several weeks of back and forth before I got someone to agree to put together a quote. I was promised a week, waited two weeks, reached out and was assured it would be sent within the day. Read before you hire this company! My experience has been very difficult. The comments about the lack of communication are completely true. I sit here today. with my project that we have a signed contract unfinished. Have already experienced multiple no shows when they said they would do the work, they had to pull off a 3rd party contracting company because they also didn’t do what was agreed upon with replacing a ceiling.
