Joseph Machado was awesome. My husband and I had so many questions and were very confused about the water damage we suffered from but Joseph came by and answered all questions that we had and went above and beyond. He listened and was very thorough. I disliked having a water damage but met a great person in Joseph and had an awesome company in Paul Davis during the process. I am forever grateful. Thanks.

Paul Davis Restoration "packed out" our house after a flood in the bathroom/living rooms. They were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to my thousand questions. Jayson Clark was the "team leader". I could not have asked for anyone better. He was responsible for not only leading the packing up of the furniture, pictures, rugs, china, and a billion dodads.... but also unpacking and putting everything back in their orginal spot. Mason and his partner took good care of our property as they set up to pull water off the floor and out of the carpet. Appreciated their calling to let us know when they’d arrive at our house.

Jaylon Clark is an amazing crew leader! They did a fabulous job with my pack out and pack back in. Meticulous and careful with my things, cheerful, and an excellent communicator. Would definitely hire again.
