I am so happy with with superb service that Paul Davis North Chicago has given. With this being a devasting time in ones life, I can't say enough how the team was for my family. Restoration Therapists is what I want to call them, Janet, the supervisor and the amazing crew- Ismael, Freddy, Scott and Karen were breaths of fresh air in the smoke and soot. Blessings to them for we are truly satisfied with how they treated us and our belongings.
We are currently in the middle of a bathroom restoration and Chance has been great to work with and very responsive. He updates me regularly and keeps me in the loop. He is timely, patient, and answers all my questions/inquiries to the best of his knowledge. So far I am highly satisfied with the whole PDR team and I appreciate how accommodating they are especially coming in early and going over the work/timeline with me.
Fastidious attention to every construction detail, and at the same time possessing total consciousness relative to timely completion of the construction.
