Paul Davis of the Olympic Peninsula was AWFUL! There was absolutely no communication. When we tried to get in contact with our project manager, she never called back. Once it took 3 weeks and multiple messages to finally get in contact with her. There appeared to be absolutely no communication between Paul Davis and their contractors. Not one showed up knowing what needed to be completed. On Jun1 1st, 2025 I filed a claim for water damage after a refrigerator repair went bad, Paul Davis out of Hampton NH was recommended my Liberty Mutual for the Dry-Out and they did a decent job. So, I hired them to also do the Restoration, also in June but at the time, they let me know it would likely take 2 months before they could start because of the backlog of projects.
