The teams are very friendly, efficient, professional, easy to work with, kind and helpful. We are very appreciated all their hard work. Especially, Greg, Chelsey, and Kim. They are very honest. They helped us to find some money, a watch, a forgotten key and some important documents. Great job!
Paul Davis Resoration was super helpful when our hot water leaked into our basement. They were so kind and considerate. We ended up needing carpet replaced and a wall painted . Brandon specifically helped us out and communicated with us every step of the way. The reason for a 4 not a 5 is due to the scheduling and timing. I was a little challenged with getting a call any random day and being given a 10-15 notice. Hard to make that work when it’s during my own work hours. Overall very positive experience!
Josiah and Dominic were terrific! They got here when they said they would. They got the awful flooring pulled up and deployed a host of technology to dry out our kitchen and monitor the progress. They left on time and there was never a moment when we didn’t know what they were doing or what they would be doing next. We are REALLY happy with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone.
Randy Hoover was my project manager for Paul Davis. He made sure I had everything needed to complete my home renovations. Saved me money where he could. And was responsive to my every need. Well done Paul Davis! But especially Randy Hoover! Bryan Schnakenberg worked marvels on my front and back doors. Offered great advice and workmanship! Thank you Bryan!
