I recently had a flood in my basement! The crews from Paul Davis were outstanding! Super professional and very thorough! They will also be doing my rebuild! Great customer service!
The mitigation team arrived in a timely manner; the project was assessed and executed. Not having any experience with this type of situation, I would have appreciated being made aware that the hole cut into my wall did not include putting it back together (repairing the hole) and I wish I would have known to ask that rather than be surprised.
