We had a disaster in our home when a frozen pipe burst. Our insurance agent recommended Paul Davis Restoration of Lake County. We could not have asked for more. They use a team approach and sent someone out immediately to assess what was going on and stop the water from doing further damage. Then on to clean up ,drying out and finally the restoration work. We had an amazing experience despite an unfortunate situation in our home. Our insurance company hired them and they handled everything for us and our claim. Jason and John were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and assured us that everything would be resolved. This is my second experience with PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION, and both times I received great service. Most recently, JOEL CARLSON, of Lake County Paul Davis did an excellent job of mitigation of water damage from a burst pipe. He knew exactly what was needed to deal with the problem quickly and got things dried out very well. He was respectful of me and my home. Many thanks to Joel and his team.
