This is my second experience with PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION, and both times I received great service. Most recently, JOEL CARLSON, of Lake County Paul Davis did an excellent job of mitigation of water damage from a burst pipe. He knew exactly what was needed to deal with the problem quickly and got things dried out very well. He was respectful of me and my home. Many thanks to Joel and his team.
Had an inherent at my mom's house while trying to sell it long story short these guys came fast and got the first estimate to the insurance company mind you we were set to close 1 week after this was sent. Come thursday night late of course the insurance fired back on the quote. We had called at around 730ish am to find this out from davis company and he said they would make the requested changes to the quote. Called the insurance to keep them up to speed and they stated with the agreed on changes they were good... so it's F... read more

Worst restoration company, they scratched my walls broke my water pipe now it costing thousands to repair I don't recommend this company to any one save your money for a company that actually does care
