Recently had a pipe burst and cause some water damage. Had Louis Santiago as a tech, he’s a great guy, very informative, professional, and guided us every step of the way. This is one of those companies you hope you never have to use, but if anything like this happens again; they will be the first on the phone thanks to thier awesome employee .
The trouble started with the insurance company that recommended Paul Davis. It didn't occur to me that such a referral might be flawed. I've since identified other companies to use. During the early stages of planning, it was clear that, in addition to the insurance-related work, my bathtub was leaking. I asked them to fix it at my cost. They agreed and then forgot.
