Devon was constantly on the phone with us to apprise us of her ETA, and she and her teammates got right down to business from Day 1. And not only that, but she was and is an extremely friendly and courteous person. She explained everything she was doing, and let us know that she’d be in touch with the rebuild team once her remediation responsibilities were completed. We’ve already heard from Brandon, and we are scheduled for a visit on Thursday.
Paul Davis recently finished up work on our basement floor from an issue earlier this year. Their reconstruction and repair teams were friendly, punctual, mindful of our home while they completed their work, and overall made the process very easy. They even took extra steps to get the exact floor we wanted/ had before. Thank you to Kevin McGill and the rest of the team for everything!
