Jeff and his crew did a great job securing the property after the fire and removing, cleaning, and returning salvageable items to us. The only problem I encountered was with a watch that had a loose crystal. When the watch was returned, the crystal was missing. Given everything they handled, I considered this a minor issue and was very pleased with their overall service.
The workers have been good and did a professional work.
