A tree fell on our property in December. The adjuster from Paul Davis was assigned by our home insurance, came out to assess property and was supposed to come out and measure for exterior painting in January but never came. From there, he never sent us an estimate for the work or assigned us a project manager. The customer service was not helpful and was not persistent enough to get the adjuster to call us back. The restoration team was excellent — fast, professional, and thorough. I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the construction side was very disappointing. The work was completed without proper inspections, no walkthrough was done, and the bathroom was not restored to its original condition. The drywall finishing in the basement required rework, and flooring was damaged during the process, which took months to resolve. Communication from management was poor. Recently had a pipe burst and cause some water damage. Had Louis Santiago as a tech, he’s a great guy, very informative, professional, and guided us every step of the way. This is one of those companies you hope you never have to use, but if anything like this happens again; they will be the first on the phone thanks to thier awesome employee .

The trouble started with the insurance company that recommended Paul Davis. It didn't occur to me that such a referral might be flawed. I've since identified other companies to use. During the early stages of planning, it was clear that, in addition to the insurance-related work, my bathtub was leaking. I asked them to fix it at my cost. They agreed and then forgot.
