We had a severe water leak in June of 2024. Paul Davis was a company that worked directly with our insurance so we figured that would be a safe bet. I thought Carlos and the mitigation team did a fantastic job operating with what insurance gave them. They were very communicative and up front with the process, and also very understanding with our situation. However, once we got to restoration, I was unhappy with how it played out. Paul Davis was great to work with after my sewer backed up into my house. The mitigation team of Devon, Gustavo, and Jose were super nice, answered the questions I had and when I asked them to be done, they had it all completed. The content team was just as wonderful! Joe and Mercedes handled everything with care, they went out of their way to have the PODS dropped where I wanted it. We lost our home to a fire last April. Our detached garage was badly damaged in the fire, but wasn’t a loss. We chose Paul Davis Restoration to repair our garage. Charles Zemke handled the mitigation, and Jessie Miranda handled our repair / rebuild. Both of them were excellent to work with, as were the office staff I frequently had to speak with on the phone (Mikayla in particular).
