Paul Davis was competent, always available, and thorough with their work. We had some difficulty with their being busy, but they completed their work in our absence and were completely trustworthy--we came home to an immaculately finished job.
Paul Davis is an unprofessional and unreliable company. The insurance company hired them to do minimal mitigation work in my house and the destroyed the whole thing. They took personal items and destroyed them as well as damaging things such as granite counter tops. They left mold all over my house when they were finished. On top of that, their employees entered my house and were hostile towards me within the first 5 minutes. Do not use this company.,
