RecommendedI called Paul Davis Restoration of Santa Clarita at 10pm because we appeared to have pipe compromised. It was leaking within a wall and into the hallway. The owner was at my home within 20 minutes and he found a way to repair it with zero damage to the interior of my home. The entire repair and remediation was done within 24 hours and the fee was a fraction of what my deductible would have been. Thank you PD team!

RecommendedOur air conditioner drain line stopped up and all the water went into a bedroom closet. I called a friend and they recommended PDR. I am so glad I called them. They came out the same day and set up a dehumidifier in the closet and in two days the carpet was dry. I hope I never walk into the closet and feel water squish under my feet but, if I do it's PDR for sure!
RecommendedPaul David Restoration is competent, careful, efficient, caring and does excellent work. They took care of every detail and followed through on every item. It was difficult to match my hardwood floor, but the company persisted until they found they quality and color needed. They worked through the pandemic is masks, gloves and booties and solved every problem. On a scale from 1 to l0, I would give them a 15+. Thank you very much!

they came to my house and did great at checking everything. Acted like they was going to call my homeowners insurance to discuss pricing. I waited a week never heard anything so I called the insurance they said they haven't had a call from them. I called the company and left several messages and never received a call back. They couldn't even call to tell me they couldn't do it. very unprofessional

The driver in the vehicle with plate number RE3858 DELIBERATELY IGNORED safe driving practices in a COMPANY VEHICLE and was two inches from hitting me and my INFANT SON while travelling southbound on Sherman Ave near Washington High School!! 😡 I'm not sure if the driver was late for a job or WHATEVER the circumstances were -- but if I wouldn't have swerved into the left lane, and the vehicle in the left lane wouldn't have swerved also, that would have been a three car accident.
