Would not recommend contractor under any circumstances. The project manager was unreliable to provide decent timelines, unreachable regardless of the time of day, and unable to properly command the job. My repairs took 4 months longer than they originally quoted and all of it was due to mismanagement of the sub-contractors or vendors. In addition PDR took multiple weeks to months delay to pay the sub-contractors what they where owed after all payment was made to them from my insurance. Excellent performance by this company to restore my home after a second story leaking shower pan flooded my first floor dining room. Special thanks to Robert, Vincent, Caleb and company owner Bobby. Highly recommend!
They did a great job cleaning up the mess after my water blew and flooded my garage and most of my living room.
