RecommendedPaul Davis took care of water damage that required our house be gutted to the studs on two floors. We received EXCELLENT service throughout the 9-month process, and every single contractor and worker who came through our house was friendly and professional. They were patient with our questions and were always open to our ideas. Paul Davis has become our go-to when anything beyond basic repairs are needed at our house. We would highly recommend!!
In 2017 we had damage to our roof and Paul Davis was quick to respond to our insurance job. Paul Davis charged our insurance company for work that was never completed. We contacted them over 4 months ago with missing shingles due to poor workmenship and our roof is still not fixed. We have text messages from 3 months ago stating that they would make it right. I've worked alongside Paul Davis of Bay City on many jobs and these guys are top notch. The work they do and the things they can pull off are amazing. Not an easy field to be in and they get folks out of tough situations!
The New Bay City Office has been Great to work with. Paul Davis has saved the day more for us more then once. I'm able to call and have a crew at the house within hours. We've had several Flooded homes that were made like new again.
1 star is actually being nice, I would give negative stars if I could. Management doesn't seem to know what the hell they were doing, and were rude.
Still have not got a return call about popped drywall ceiling screws that was done.
Called to get a detailed copy of my bill emailed to me how long should that take still waiting
